About My Order
When is my credit card being charged?
When the order is placed, a pre-authorization hold is placed on your card in the amount of your estimated total. Once your order is processed, the final total is calculated and charged in the store.
What happens if the items on my order is out of stock?
If requested, we may substitute them with other products. If you requested us to be in touch with you about substitutions, you will receive a message or a phone call from us to confirm your options.
How do I make a change to my order?
You can make changes to your order if it was not processed yet.
If you'd like to add items to your previous order, you can simply add them to your cart and then select the "Add To Last Order" option. If you also want to make changes to items you have already ordered, you can do so by accessing your order inside Order History and then selecting the "Update Order" option.
How do I report a problem with my order?

How do I review my receipt?
You will either get the regular store receipt with your order upon pickup or delivery, or a digital receipt that will be emailed to you automatically.
Should I tip the delivery guy?
That would be the customer's choice.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
No. We can leave the order on your doorstep or in an area specified in the delivery instructions.
How do my groceries stay fresh while they're on the trucks?
The quality of your food is our biggest concern. We carefully control the conditions in which your products are stored, right up until the moment you receive them, so that fresh items stay chilled and frozen items remain frozen.
You don't carry a product I want!

How long do I have to edit my order?
Orders with a "Received" status in your order history can still be modified. You can change order-level information, such as the delivery or pickup time, or add and remove any items you'd like. Once we start processing your order, its status will be changed to "Processing". At that point, the orders will no longer be subject to any changes or cancelations.
